[vorbis] xmms plugin

peter at xmms.org is the guy to report this bug too.  he's generally been
repsonsive to problems i've reported in the past.

you can generally find him in irc on EFnet in #xmms as well.

of course this is assuming it's a bug in xmms, not hte plugin, but from
the sound of it, it sounds like xmms :)
