[vorbis] Current hardware requirements for decoding? (skipping problem)

This is what I would have expected. I did try ogg123 without X and it makes 
no difference on my machine. I think I may have some hardware problem because 
I was swapping IRQ's in order to try different Linux OSS drivers and for some 
reason Winamp on Windows started working briefly.  Oh well, I'm not ready to 
get a new laptop yet, so I'll just wait for the next beta and try again. I'm 
currently having no luck with the nightly-CVS snapshot either, but that's 
another topic.
