[vorbis] 'Jukebox' quality?

This brought up the thought again: What's the difference between files
encoded with `vorbize`, `oggenc`, and `lame --ogg`? This project hasn't
even reached 1.0, and there's already 3 different encoders... I think
that's a good sign, though.
