[vorbis] Problems running example encoder/decoder

No, you;re not missing anything, that should be fine.  At a guess, a bug's 
been introduced into vorbisfile.c regarding non-seekable streams.  I'll have a 
look at this here now, I expect to reproduce it.  If not, I'll ask for more 
information.
