[vorbis] a vorbis launch update

In the past seven days (15th-21st), xiph.org recorded 1,278,288 hits (I have
many more small graphics on xiph.org and that's just raw requests). I don't
have counts handy now for unique viewers, I can get those after some sleep :-)
