So, friend Monty, where's the declarations in vorbis/modes.h? 'cuz I just
hacked vorbize to encode in all seven modes, but it won't compile because
info_B-G aren't defined! (I can just comment out that part of the code...)
Or is it off on another one of those "Monty branches"? And when are you going
to merge my patches to vorbis-tools/?
