[vorbis] Comment editor?

Yes there is. I'm currently cleaning it up so it can go in the main tree.
Any suggestions as for interface? There are a heckuva lot of possible comment
headers for Vorbis, so command line options for each can get out of hand, but
it would be nice to have an interface from the command line for scripts, etc.
We had a truncated discussion about this earlier, and we didn't seem to resolve
anything.
