There are no individuals.  Ogg Vorbis is IP/copyright owned by
xiph.org, and we're currently undergoing a round of
litigation-armor-plating of the company.

Only the corporation (xiph.org) is liable.

We're currently preparing another round of Meetings With Real Lawyers
to make sure we all, as individuals, are protected.
