When the MPAA sent the C&D letter to my ISP where I was hosting DeCSS, I 
explained it to them and they forwarded my email back to the MPAA. When 
they didn't hear anything back they said I could leave up until a NZ 
court tells them otherwise :)
An ISP with a backbone, after explaining things to them, anyway.
