[vorbis] New beta bug reports/bug report

So, I have a WAV file that I've tried encoding at all available modes, and
in all of them there are a couple spots (at the same points in each mode)
where I can hear digital waveform clipping or something that sounds like
it. It doesn't seem to be related to the mode at all.

Is this new news or old news?
