Hello,

I had tested oggenc and WinAMP plugin for windows with my 10 samples WAV 
file (A click) and WinAMP simply hags up and I need to press stop or close. 
There is no sound in my speakers.

Oggenc seens to do everyting OK.

In fact WinAMP playing this 10 samples WAV file hangs in the same way.
