[Vorbis-dev] Writting 16-bit PCM data to Ogg.

sorry for the mess created.
So far I have installed these two library *libogg-1.3.2, libvorbis-1.3.4*
successfully.
When installing this *vorbis-tools-1.4.0 *: I am getting this error.
