Hi Georg,
I've started the following wiki page: https://wiki.xiph.org/Chapter_Extension
It contains basically the proposal that I read out of your first email.
I've also added the proposal to the VorbisComment wiki page at
https://wiki.xiph.org/VorbisComment#Proposed_field_names.
Now, all you need is to get somebody to implement the software to
support these fields. That will really make all the difference. This
specification is of no value without implementations.
Hope this helps. And do send feedback if you disagree with any of the
specification.
