[Vorbis-dev] Xiph.Org releases libao 1.0.0, libVorbis 1.3.1, and vorbis-tools 1.4.0

Suck.  Apple docs lie!

I don't have a 10.5 machine, but I'll verify that it works in 10.6.
If someone could verify 10.5, I'll cut a new release that also kills
some other minor niggles.
