[Vorbis-dev] How do I start using Vorbis Codec?

Hi,

   In the file 'mdct.c', I see a construct 'STIN' as in: STIN void
mdct_butterfly_16(DATA_TYPE *x){, what is it?
   I could build the code without that construct. What does that imply?
