[Vorbis-dev] Why Docbook and XML in the first place ??

Our current issue is that problems with building the existing
documentation are delaying the release of libvorbis, and has been
doing so for some number of months.

Michael has offered to fix those problems, which will allow libvorbis
to be released.

Yippee!
