I do actually, only in the policy/procedural sense. We don't have a
history of handing SVN access to anyone who asks for it. In practice,
SVN access is roughly equivalent to Org membership, which is not hard
to get, but not automatic either. We generally want to see a few
patches and evidence of the ability to act appropriately with SVN
access first. Nothing personal to Halim, of course, we just don't
know him yet.
(And Halim, please, don't let that discourage you! This is meant as a
sanity check, nothing more. I assume you're probably sane :-)
