No it isn't; I take this back.

If the Vorbis stream is extracted and stuffed
someplace else then there wouldn't be any
way to distinguish fourth-order horizontal
(which uses nine channels) from second-order
full-sphere (which uses nine channels).

My preferred solution is to limit Vorbis
B-Format to third-order.  But if you want to go
higher then the necessary metadata must be
in the Vorbis stream.
