It's possible in theory, but there is no reason to do this. The point
of Ogg and Vorbis is to offer a free alternative to fee-based codecs
like AAC. Please consider using Vorbis instead; it offers equal
quality without supporting monopoly technology.

You might also look at our icecast media server, which supports more
streaming formats than shoutcast does.
