[Vorbis-dev] [rfc] Rename folder in repository: ogg/libogg, vorbis/libvorbis

Windows builds have been referencing files
in libogg and libvorbis "for ages".
I wonder if you would mind renaming these
directories to better fit into our current
build architecture. Don't worry, I won't
"just do it".

Would this come with any downsides?
Please let me know what you think.
