[Vorbis-dev] Getting ready for subtle

Guys,

	I am sorry I am a bit late on the first Subtle release. I have made
more code since last commit but it is dependent on project renaming. Is
it OK to rename the project to Subtle instead of Souffleur on the SVN?

	Other then that, I really expect to have a README on the next commit
along with a webpage to be put on the wiki.
