I didn't much like the other alternatives.

Joao - a wiki page at wiki.xiph.org would indeed be the best way to
start. However, feel free to add a page to www.annodex.net as well, in
particular once you have CMML support. You might eventually consider
setting up your own pages for the tool - similar to how icecast is
featured on www.xiph.org, but has its own web pages. I can offer to
host them on the same server as www.annodex.net if you want. It's not
an immediate problem, but something to think about at some point.
