[Vorbis-dev] Issue with the "Xiph license"

It seems the major Xiph packages are now licensed under
"BSD" at Gentoo, at least these three:
 * http://gentoo-portage.com/media-libs/libtheora
 * http://gentoo-portage.com/media-libs/libvorbis
 * http://gentoo-portage.com/media-libs/speex
