Not quite. There can be three-and four-channel
UHJ files, and these clash with three- and four-
channel B-Format files. Two-channel UHJ is
compromised in that you cannot completely
recover the original B-Format channels. This is
not the case with three- and four-channel UHJ,
so using these would be better if they can be
kept stereo compatible. This is discussed at:

http://wiki.xiph.org/index.php/Ambisonics#Limitations_of_the_.22.uhj.22_specification

Also, with B-Format the channel count is unique
only up to third order. This is discussed at:

http://wiki.xiph.org/index.php/Ambisonics#Limitations_of_the_.22.amb.22_specification

with a slightly expanded table further down.

Regards,
Martin
