[Vorbis-dev] Where are the OS X frameworks?

I'm wondering what's the point of that package? As I pointed earlier,
binary builds of the frameworks are still available, e.g.:
http://downloads.xiph.org/releases/xiph-qt/xiph-frameworks-20060508.dmg
And the XiphQT itself is completely unnecessary in order to compile,
link or run the vcedit.c code.
