[Vorbis-dev] Q: about Vorbis 1 spec par 4.2.2. Identification header blocksize_0 and blocksize_1

All is fine. The bitstream is read in little endian/least significant bit 
first order, hence blocksize_0 is 1<<8 (256) and blocksize_1 is 1<<0xB 
(2048).
