Ha. The lacing_vals table is going to get quite a bit bigger if we're 
going to remember granulepos conversion for popular codecs. :)

Somewhere between specifying the flush size and time-based autoflush, 
we might want to try some kind of adaptive page size to improve the 
overhead with high-bitrate theora streams even without having to insert
a new API call.
