[Vorbis-dev] FLAC to Vorbis

Dear All,

Im new to Vorbis. 
Presently im using FLAC audio format which contains, layered tracks where 
tracks can be put on/off individually.
Can this feature be implemented by using Vorbis ? 

Now, i want to convert my FLAC files to ogg format as FLAC files occupy much 
space(Any way I compramised with data loss).
Please help me to do it out...
