[Vorbis-dev] Documentation on Ogg Vorbis encoder

Hi Mike

When you say there isn't much, is there any documentation? Actually I found
one document along with the library package, that is encoding format
documentation, which contains links to other documents. Some of the other
documents don't exist in the package as well as in the website. Are they
removed? Do you have any idea on this?

Thanks
Venkat

There isn't much documentation on the encoder, which can be a pain for
those attempting to improve it, but isn't critical since the reference
encoder is only one of many possible ways to write an encoder -
anything that produces a valid bitstream according to the
specification is fine.
