The xifish logo is specific to Xiph.org (and a trademark). It's also 
the best brand we have, and appropriate for labelling Ogg stuff.

I'd suggest either the xifish overlayed on a document icon, or the 
letters 'ogg' on same, either based on marevalo's work or just generic 
text.
