Sure, I was not thinking much about Vorbis restrictions here. I'm just 
not sure if RTP allows changing the sample rate or number of channels 
during a transmission, as these are specified in the SDP descriptor. Of 
course it make sense to switch to lower sample rates or mono if the 
network quality is reduced, but I'll have to check if this is 
possible/allowed.
