[vorbis-dev] allofmp3.com provides ogg downloads

Unfortunately they don't encode the track number, or
genre. Also, some of the ones I've downloaded have
clicks in them... Slightly annoying. Damn cheap
though. It's probably illegal, but who cares? :-)
