They're rare. Also, they're usually masked by default on x86 (and most of our 
users are on x86), so they don't get seen easily.

No. And since you didn't specify any particular platform, it seems unlikely 
that anyone else would be able to help. The major issue stopping the next 
release (1.0.1) is win32 SDK builds, which we don't have yet.
