Hi!
I guess that something is bad in my code. checked and it actually plays what
vorbis says as the total time of the audio, so somewhat, the code that I
have to store the start and end of the recording is bad. Strange thing that
this is more "present" when recording in non 44.1 khz. At that sample rate,
I have 100-200 ms of difference, that are fine. Anyway, I'm trying all the
possible solutions that I can find.
I don't understand that vorbis packets overlap. What is that? Or how would I
deal with it?

If you're seeing substantial errors across multiple cards, my previous
explanation is probably wrong.
It's almost certainly a bug in your code (are you accounting for the fact
that
vorbis packets overlap?)
