FLAC decoding is 'built-in', APE and LPAC decoding is supported via external
dlls that are 'delay loaded' if required. Absence of a required dll will
prompt display of an error Msg Box and the input file will simply be
ignored. If you are not happy with this, it would be a simple matter to
remove support of those formats for an 'official' version.
