Anna,

The COPYING file distributed with vorbis states neccesary conditions. In 
short, you must provide the entire contents of that COPYING file along with 
your "documentation and/or other materials provided with the distribution".

Basically, this means you have to include the list of conditions in your 
documentation (or other materials), not just the ALL CAPS disclaimer that 
comes after it.
