[vorbis-dev] Cannot get ogm infos

The VorbisFile library is only designed to handle Ogg Vorbis files.
It can't handle Ogm Vorbis files, and it might not even be able
to handle Ogg Vorbis files with other streams in them (not sure about
that).  In any case, Ogms are not Oggs.
