Mr. Cox,

You can find a list of Ogg Vorbis (.ogg file) players for Windows at:
http://www.ogghelp.com

There are a lot of programs that DO support it-- and the stupidity is 
not on behalf of those who release the better codec, but those software 
companies who chose to not support it (and the users who continue to use 
them).
