I meant that you must create all the data before you cat output the table.
If you put it at the end (or periodically), it can work - but only for
backward seeking. On a second thought, that's OK - you can't seek forward
into data you haven't yet recieved anyway :-).

I wonder what will happen if somebody builds a time machine and connects
it to the Internet as a gateway to itself with a time offset...
