[vorbis-dev] Compile error in examples.

It is somewhat of a FAQ.

It happens most often when you have an old libogg in /usr
(installed by your distribution or whatnot), and you
_did_ install the new libogg (into /usr/local), but you
forgot to run ldconfig (as root).

It would be nice if we had a master make/configure thingy
that build all of ogg/vorbis/ao/vorbis-tools in one go,
taking care of dependencies.
