[vorbis-dev] 24 bit with ogg

If you pick up one of the ogg encoders from:
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/jfe1205/ , they will accept 24 and 32 bit int
input. I am assuming you are looking for Windows encoders, if not, ignore
this!!
