[vorbis-dev] libvorbis on Symbian EPOC

Hi

I managed to compile the libraries and vorbis-tools apps
for Symbian OS, but the sound is no good. I am also
in the progress of porting the fixedpoint version of the
ogg decoder to SymbianOS which I think will run a bit
better. You should expect some results from me within
mid-october, hopefully...
