[vorbis-dev] Specifications

Good day,

Well, if you say so, I'll pay closer attention to the information therein
contained. I must admit, I am noew to OggVorbis, although I do have
experience with RT MP3 Encoder. That's my background, and the kind of
technical info I am used to.
