[vorbis-dev] VP3

Hi fellow Ogg-oids --

I wanted to let everyone know that VP3, our open-source video codec that
is commonly used with QT5, is being re-released under the LGPL.  We are
also actively looking to integrate it into the OGG+vorbis framework to
create a viable open-source alternative to MPEG-4 + MP3.

We are actively seeking contributors.  If you are interested, please
