The recommended way of submitting bug reports and patches is via
http://bugs.xiph.org/ (you can attach your patch there) and some hint to
the bug with a link to its page on this list for further discussion.
Once submitted, you can often get help on irc.openprojects.net/#vorbis,
too - at least when the developers are back from their well-deserved
vacation. :)
