[vorbis-dev] confusing comment in encoder_example.c

Switching to binary mode of stream I would not "support" via

<p>#ifdef _WIN32
   some_code_to_switch_to_binary_mode ( stdin  );
   some_code_to_switch_to_binary_mode ( stdout );
#endif

but try do have a function in the Ogg or AO lib to do this.
Background is to avoid that this must maintained in every program.
Maintaining in the lib would be then enough.
