[vorbis-dev] ReplayGain for Windows

A Windows version of ReplayGain is available at:

Additionally, the sources/Unix version has several
improvements and bugfixes (it would crash when started
without arguments...ugly! ugly!) and is available
at

Lastly, the XMMS plugin has been cleaned out and is now
in the XMMS CVS repository.
