This would be misleading because on certain difficult songs, the bitrate goes
up.  We really just need to train people to think in terms of "quality" (an
inherently fuzzy term, I know) rather than "bitrate", because that's usually
what they care about.  They've just been taught to measure quality on a
bitrate scale.  With some practice, they'll learn how to measure quality on
the Vorbis scale.

[It's sort of like the confusion between "performance" and "clock rate" that
processor manufacturers (well, except Intel) constantly try to fight.]
