[vorbis-dev] ogg_stream_pageout(): Weird Documentation (libogg-1.0).

Hello!

Can someone tell me, what the return value of ogg_stream_pageout()
_really_ means? Documentation (libogg-1.0 - 20000615) says:

...
  Return Values

     0 means that there is not enough data yet to form a page.

     0 means that the page was successfully submitted to the bitstream.
...
