There was an objection at the IETF working group meeting regarding
passing the MIME type application/ogg as a proposed internet standard.
The objection was that Ogg streams are not documented in an RFC. I have
been told that a reference implementation should be enough, but also
said that I am prepared to write up an RFC for the Ogg stream if that is
what it takes. (After all it is simple and several implementations
exists.)
Earlier I was against this as the Ogg stream was in a state of flux, but
with v1.0 and all I think it's OK to do an RFC of it.
Please give me pointers to all available "libogg-like" implementations
you know if you want to give me a hand in this. I heard there was an
implementation in Java, for example.
